When Is The Last Time You Did Something For The First Time?

Over the last month, I’ve been sharing my experience on my YouTube channel as I step out of my comfort zone, drop my introvert label and start living a faith-filled life. It has not been easy if I’m being real with ya’ll, but the blessings that have been coming into my life because of it has been truly amazing! I usually don’t shout my accomplishments all over the internet, but honestly, had I been too afraid to look my fears in the face I wouldn’t be experiencing any of them and I need ya’ll to know what’s possible.

In the last month alone, I’ve been invited to speak and empower women at least 6 different events... How? Not by emailing everyone I know asking them to let me speak at their event... but, by having FAITH that GOD would give me the courage to do it and by making a decision to get out of my comfort zone.

Last night I participated in an improv class for the first time. I was completely out of my element, but I felt so energized by facing my fear of public speaking and being vulnerable in a room full of strangers.

If you don’t take anything from this post just know this one thing.

Absolutely nothing will come from playing safe and staying in your cozy comfort zone. Your purpose is relying on you to walk in the fullness of who you are. Stop playing small and limiting your blessings! Drop the labels of who you think you should be and just show up as you. I can attest that God will bless you for your faith.
